Our swim academy is committed to providing inclusive swim lessons using our unique, supportive, and nurturing teaching approach. Each small group class (3 kids max) is personally arranged by our Director and Founder, Florencio Flores Palomo, ensuring that each class is comprised of children with similar needs, comfort level, and skills.

Tortugas
Ages: 2-5 / 6-8
6 students / 1 instructor (with parent)

This class is geared to our youngest swimmers, focusing on basic swim and water safety skills. We have two types (with parent & without parent).
To be able to join our Adv. Tortuga class, your child must have be between 4-5 and be able to separate from parent on day 1 without being emotional, no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: A parent or adult guardian must be in the water for every class for our "TORTUGA with parent" class; no exceptions. The water is shallow and parents do not need to know how to swim
CHILD NEEDS: Bathing suit and towel: Bathing diaper if the child is not potty trained, the bathing cap is not necessary for the child.
PARENT NEEDS: Bathing suit and towel, swim cap.

For those swimmers who need one to one attention, the best solution is private lessons. Our goal with private lessons is to get our swimmers acclimated to lessons and help them focus, get over their fears, and build confidence.
